Common questions

How do I exit the app when my child is using it?

Long-press anywhere on the screen for 3 seconds, or triple-tap the very top of the screen. You'll be prompted to enter your 4-digit parent PIN to return to the home screen.

I forgot my PIN — what do I do?

Delete and reinstall the app. Your PIN will reset to the default (1234). If you purchased Premium, your purchase will be restored automatically when you tap "Restore Purchases" inside the app.

How do I unlock Premium?

Open Minly, go to Parent Zone, and tap "Unlock Premium." It's a one-time in-app purchase of $3.99 — no subscription.

Does Minly collect any data?

No. Minly works entirely offline during play and does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Is Minly available on Android?
